ABOUT BRAND :

Divya Heritage is a hospitality platform envisioned to simplify the search for premium yet accessible accommodations. The project goal was to create a digital experience that reflects the brand's "Heritage" identity while solving the modern frustrations of hotel booking, such as hidden costs and complicated user journeys.

THE CHALLENGE :

The primary challenge was to design for a diverse target audience, specifically users like "The Family Vacation Planner" who require affordable, clean, and family-friendly rooms. These users often face pain points like complicated booking processes and a lack of transparency in pricing, making "stress-free" holiday planning a difficult task.

UX Research & Strategy :

Methodology

  • User Persona: Developed profiles like Pranjali Singh, a 32-year-old family planner focused on easy booking and budget-friendly options.

  • Site Mapping & User Flow: Architected a logical site map to ensure users can navigate from home to confirmation without friction.

  • Low-Fidelity Wireframing: Sketched foundational layouts to test core features and information hierarchy before moving to visual design.



THE SOLUTION :

To validate the architecture, the project included rigorous user testing on critical tasks:

  • Booking Flow: Users tested the path for booking a family room, leading to suggestions for better location tracking and map integration.

  • Security & Settings: The "Update Password" flow was tested for ease of use via OTP, with feedback suggesting future enhancements through animations and expanded color palettes to improve engagement.

Summary and Impact

The Divya Heritage digital platform successfully transforms a complex booking process into a user-centric journey. By grounding the UI in user testing and clear information architecture, the project provides a stress-free environment for users to plan their vacations, reinforcing the brand's vision of accessible luxury.
